Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via standard shipping methods available in Israel. Shipping within Israel typically takes 5-7 business days. International shipping typically takes 14-21 business days. All orders over 500 NIS qualify for free shipping, both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds: According to Israeli Consumer Protection Law, items may be returned or, in the case of international shipments, shipped within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after receipt and approval of the return.
